Epic Mini Burger Slider Board - Reluctant Entertainer



Combine the best of both worlds by making an epic mini burger slider board with a tasty charcuterie spread. Great for having people over and impressing them.

Ingredients:

  • 12 mini burger sliders
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup of pickles
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of mustard
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cheese various types
  • 12 small brioche buns
  • Charcuterie items:
  • - 1 cup of assorted cured meats salami, prosciutto, chorizo
  • - 1 cup of assorted cheeses cheddar, gouda, brie
  • - 1/2 cup of olives green and black
  • - 1/2 cup of roasted nuts almonds, cashews
  • - 1/2 cup of dried fruits apricots, figs
  • - 1/2 cup of grainy mustard
  • Fresh herbs for garnish rosemary, thyme
  • Crackers and breadsticks for serving

Instructions:

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat

Season the mini burger sliders with salt and pepper

Grill the sliders for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

While the sliders are cooking, arrange the shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, pickles, and various cheeses on a large serving board or platter

Place the brioche buns in a basket or on a separate plate

In small bowls, serve ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for dipping or spreading on the sliders

Once the sliders are done, remove them from the grill and place them on a platter

To assemble the sliders, take a brioche bun, add a slider, a slice of cheese, and any desired condiments and toppings lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

Repeat this process for all sliders

Arrange the assembled sliders on the serving board alongside the charcuterie items, olives, roasted nuts, dried fruits, and grainy mustard

Garnish the board with fresh herbs
