Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos
This slow cooker shredded beef is perfect for tacos or enchiladas. It's flavorful, tender, and incredibly easy to make. Just throw everything into the slow cooker, let it cook low and slow, and enjoy deliciously seasoned beef that's ready to be stuffed into your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the beef chuck roast in the crock pot
Diced green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper should all be added
Add the beef broth and mix it in
Leave the lid on and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours, until the beef is soft and can be shred with a fork
Use two forks to shred the beef after it's done cooking
Put the beef shreds in tacos or enchiladas and top them with the things you like
