Healthy Black Raspberry Chip Smoothie



This Black Raspberry Chip Smoothie is both tasty and good for you. It has the rich flavors of black raspberries mixed with the sweetness of honey and ripe banana. When you add dark chocolate chips, they give it a nice crunch and a touch of decadence. Staying on track with your health goals is easy when you eat this to start the day or satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh black raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Wash the black raspberries thoroughly

In a blender, combine the black raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, ripe banana, and honey

Blend until smooth and creamy

Add the dark chocolate chips and pulse a few times to incorporate them into the smoothie

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for a colder and thicker consistency

Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with some additional black raspberries or chocolate chips if you like
