Easy Garlic Lime Grilled Sea Bass



This Easy Garlic Lime Grilled Sea Bass recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful seafood dish. The tangy lime juice combined with minced garlic infuses the sea bass with delicious flavor, while grilling adds a lovely smoky char. It's a simple yet impressive recipe that's sure to please!

Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Chop up some garlic and put it in a small bowl

Add some olive oil, salt, and pepper

The marinade should be poured over the sea bass fillets that have been put in a shallow dish

Check to see that the fillets are coated evenly

Put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak up the sauce

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Take the sea bass fillets out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

If you use a fork to flake the fish, it means it's done

Grill sea bass fillets for four to five minutes on each side

Take it off the grill and sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley
